“The ten weeks that I had the opportunity to share with my cohort and this team of teachers was unlike anything I could’ve imagined or asked for. Each instructor has their own area of expertise and dedicated time to share such with the cohort, which made for such a well-rounded educational, inspirational and most of all, fun experience. I only wish I could re-register and take the training every year!”
“I had so much fun at Parallel University! It’s an experience I’ll never forget. The teachers leading the program are top notch.”
“I would highly recommend Parallel 45 YTT! The three course instructors have created a safe space in which to learn, and they are also true practitioners of yoga philosophy on and off the mat. I feel so fortunate to have learned about proper asana alignment from a YTT teacher who also works as an anatomy professor! Learning about the eight limbs of yoga, the sutras, Gita, Sanskrit, mantras, chanting and more from a passionate and knowledgeable Bhakti yoga teacher was incredibly inspiring. And the studio owner and third YTT teacher provided not only beautiful and interactive lessons on the chakras and subtle energy, but she’s also a savvy and community-focused businesswoman who freely shared her knowledge with us. I appreciated all the teachers’ candor, which included having conversations about cultural appropriation and the importance of getting permission prior to hands-on assists with students. I’m proud to be an RYT-200 grad from Parallel University!”
“Completing my 200 hour teacher training program at Parallel 45 was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did they provide a comprehensive program, but they also facilitated a well-rounded education that left me feeling confident and prepared to lead my own classes. Truly a life changing experience that I can’t recommend enough!”
“My 200 Hour YTT course at Parallel University was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Riley, Kelsey, and Kelsey are all unbelievably welcoming, supportive, and encouraging teachers. Although I began with very little background in yoga, I emerged from this immersive class feeling incredibly confident in all the major areas of competency needed to teach my own classes. But even more than that, I feel like the bonds I formed made me a part of a lifelong yoga family, and this community is just one part of the foundations this class helped me establish for making so many positive, transformative changes in my life.”
“The environment was very inclusive and the program itself was efficient and well rounded. I finished the program feeling completely prepared to teach and with an entirely new understanding of my personal practice. I would recommend this TT to anyone!”
