Join Kelsey Regan on Saturday, May 3rd 1p-4p for an afternoon of yoga philosophy, mantra, meditation, and physical practice (asana) designed to help you engage with your deeper source of energy and purpose. In this workshop, we will:
Explore the concept of fire (agni) as it relates to physical practice, mental clarity, and spiritual growth
Learn mantra and meditation practices that you can use to facilitate connection to inner wisdom
Flow through a vigorous yet mindful physical practice that nourishes the body
Take home simple practices to integrate yogic principles into your daily life
